The University Consulting Group (UCG) is no longer recruiting for the Fall 2022 Engagement. Powered by students, UCG serves as a platform for students from interdisciplinary backgrounds to gain experience in solving real life challenges, while providing non-profit organizations access to high-quality professional advisory services.

We understand the importance of diversity in consulting. Therefore, post-secondary students in all professional, graduate, and undergraduate programs are welcomed.

Last year, we provided students from University of Toronto, Ryerson University, McMaster University, University of Western Ontario, Queen’s University, McGill University and OCAD University with real-world consulting experiences. We encourage students from other universities to apply as well.

Selected students will serve as consultants during the Fall Term, and will be placed on teams supporting non-profit organizations. There will be training and support from industry professionals throughout the engagement.

The Fall Term will begin on September 24th and will conclude in December 2022. Every team member is expected to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week for the duration of the engagement. Click HERE to learn more about our engagement structure. Join us at our Information Session on September 8th at 7pm to 8pm ET to meet some of our Executives and get tips on your application. Join us on September 10th at 11am to 12:15pm ET to meet a Panel of UCG Alumni who will discuss their consulting journeys
