Daniel A. Marquez
Chairman of the Board
A passionate consulting professional, Daniel is an expert in helping leaders understand and capitalize on the power of technology. Throughout his career in strategy and transformation leadership roles with Deloitte, Accenture, and the Boston Consulting Group, he has empowered organizations to tap into the value of digital technology. Most recently, Daniel has taken on the Consulting and Engineering Services lead role at Google Cloud Canada, where he provides executive oversight for some of the country's largest digital transformations.

Alexandra McCalla
Board Member

Alexandra is a Co-Founder of AirMatrix. AirMatrix helps cities and enterprises prepare for, manage, and enable drone operations by building millimetre precise drone roads for dense urban environments - currently working with the government in Canada and other entities globally. As an ex-business consultant who has also worked at numerous scaling tech start-ups in Toronto and Silicon Valley, she has experience in strategy, product management, operations, and client services/sales. She has received the Globe and Mail top Business Changemakers award, the Communitech Fierce Founders $100k prize, and has been featured on Women in Drones.

Kevin Raymond
Board Member

Kevin is Validere’s Vice President of Services. He leads a world-class team of professionals responsible for ensuring Validere’s clients achieve successful outcomes and experiences with our solutions. Kevin has spent his career advising clients on business and technology transformation, and has led over 50 client engagements across strategy and implementation at some of the world’s largest organizations. Prior to joining Validere, he was an executive in Accenture’s Technology Strategy practice based in Toronto. He is passionate about people development, coaching, and cultivating a happy, high-performing culture on his teams. Outside of work, he is an avid adventure traveller and loves to nerd out about food and drink.

Sonia Mathur
Board Member

Sonia Mathur is a Managing Director from Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice, focused on Strategic Talent, Organization Effectiveness and Operating Model. She has over 15 years of global and local experience in the design and delivery of large-scale business transformation across multiple business segments. Sonia also leads Accenture Canada’s Consulting Practice of over 900 professionals across Analyst to Managing Director level.
