WINTER 2024 RECRUITMENT

The University Consulting Group (UCG) is now recruiting for the Winter 2024 Engagement. Powered by students, UCG serves as a platform for students from interdisciplinary backgrounds to gain experience in solving real life challenges, while providing non-profit organizations access to high-quality professional advisory services.

We understand the importance of diversity in consulting. Therefore, post-secondary students in all professional, graduate, and undergraduate programs are welcomed.

Last year, we provided students from University of Toronto, Ryerson University, McMaster University, University of Western Ontario, Queen’s University, McGill University and OCAD University with real-world consulting experiences. We encourage students from other universities to apply as well.

Selected students will serve as consultants during the Winter Term, and will be placed on teams supporting non-profit organizations. There will be training and support from industry professionals throughout the engagement.

`

The Winter Term will begin on January 30th and will conclude on April 27th, 2024. Every team member is expected to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week for the duration of the engagement. Click HERE to learn more about our engagement structure. Join us at our Information Session in January to meet some of our Executives and get tips on your application. And meet a Panel of UCG Alumni who will discuss their consulting journeys. Information for these two sessions will be updated here once available, please re-visit the website at a later time.

Individuals selected for interviews will be contacted shortly after. If you have any questions, please email us at info@universityconsultinggroup.com. Late applications will not be considered for the Winter engagement. Best of luck to all applicants!
