Our projects span over a 10-week period, during which an interdisciplinary team of top student consultants volunteer their time and expertise to work with our clients in solving their toughest challenges.

OUR APPROACH.

Our projects span over a 10-week period, during which an interdisciplinary team of top student consultants volunteer their time and expertise to help develop strategic initiatives in our various service areas such as financial sustainability, organizational effectiveness, member retention and marketing.

 

The project engagement concludes with a presentation that outlines recommendations, potential risks and challenges, sustainable long-term solutions, and implementation strategies. 

 

We currently run two engagement cycles per year, starting in September and January, respectively.

OUR ENGAGEMENT TEAMS.

The UCG structure is set up in a manner that ensures support and guidance of all our consultants at every level. Our engagement teams include a team lead, senior consultant and several consultants all from diverse backgrounds. Each team is guided by an industry advisor, supervising chapter executive and other members of our leadership team to ensure engagement outputs meet the high-quality standards at UCG through rigourous guidance and feedback.

TEAM LEAD

A returning UCG consultant responsible for directing, coordinating the execution of the project and delivering high-quality project work.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

A returning UCG consultant or MBA student responsible for reinforcing work quality and team professionalism
and delivering high-quality project work.

CONSULTANT

A graduate or undergraduate students new to UCG responsible for delivering high-quality project work.
