MISSION
We are committed to helping Canadian non-profits address their toughest strategic challenges and achieve their mission through rigorous analyses, evidence-based insights and tailored recommendations.
UCG (University Consulting Group) is a non-profit organization that solves critical challenges faced by our clients in the non-profit and social sector while providing practical industry experience and mentorship for highly-talented and innovative student consultants.
Since inception in 2015, we have matched hundreds of volunteer consultants to a diverse client base, including non-profits and charities that operate in professional services, social services, healthcare, cultural entertainment, and skills training.

Our success comes from close collaboration with our clients, partners, industry advisors and consultants. Our leadership team works closely with clients to identify business challenges and shape project scope. UCG consultants then conduct in-depth analysis and recommend strategic solutions, overseen by industry advisors who are practitioners in the consulting industry.
Together, we help our clients develop strategies that drive high-impact, long-term results.
OUR REACH.
We are currently operating under a Canada-wide model.
In 2021-2022, we had student consultants from University of Toronto, Ryerson University, McMaster University, University of Western Ontario, Queen's University, McGill University and OCAD University, serving non-profits across Ontario and beyond. However, students from other universities are also welcomed.
